I did not buy this for a traxxis. It was purchased for an ECX ruckus. The heat sink fit perfect and was able to wire the fan in successfuly. However the fan would not spin due to the proximity of the motor magnets to the fan motor. I made some modifications and got the fan to run by eliminating the indent in the heat sync for the fan. If the heat sync did not have this indent or was slightly taller it would work great in other applications.
