Great packaging; was secure, came with some basic “do/don’ts ”. It looked pretty darn new. Almost purchased from ebeay/makati but decided safest/secure route was Amazon. The i7 4770 was an upgrade from 4130- night and day difference! Have been “stressing” and benching it- zero issues! I was worried bc I thought my HP pavilion 500-223W had some magic thermal paste- I could play BF 4 and temp avg was between 47-53degrees; idle in upper 20/low 30s…. Under ultra settings (GTX1650 super) my GPU/CPU avg temp is 63/61 respectively. Idles around 33 degrees- nothing but stock HP fan/case

Decent upgrade from my i5 4670K. Good performance with DDR-3 2400 Mhz 2 x 8G. Can't overclock, but the memory clock control on my motherboard is throttled nicely with this. The system boots faster, runs cooler than the OC'ed 4670K, and uses 12W less power.This is just a CPU, in it's holder, The use of an image of a retail new CPU box is a bit subliminal. The AD is clear that this is a refurb, but the box kind of implies that you get a fan or could at least set that flag in one's brain.Excellent value otherwise and fast shipping. My first i7.

I'm upgrading from an I5 and this CPU Pairs well with the rest of my parts only an 8% bottleneck. From the push of my power button to Windows is 10 seconds that's 50% faster than my I5. I went from 25 to 30 FPS to an Average of 45 FPS and as high as 65 FPS, I ran the benchmarking on Ultra, it's truly amazing. I'm very very happy with this purchase.

I was discouraged a bit due to an alert from Amazon saying delayed at customs . In the end package made , and it was in good condition . I used it to upgrade my vr machine . No regrets no sign of fault . All is working as expected .

I'm always reluctant to purchase refurbed hardware as it seems to be a real crap shoot. Been burned in the past but the price for this Intel i7-4770 CPU was so reasonable that I thought I'd give it a chance. Very pleased with the purchase. Everything works as advertised. I would definitely purchase from this vendor again.

I bought the cpu and at first I was quite happy about it. But even tho it was "renewed" it didn't work for long. PC would turn off on its own and then it would freeze during the restart. This happened 4 times and so I requested a refund. Don't buy renewed products. It's a waste of time.
