Mine stopped working after 8 months, but I love it so I’m purchasing another. Mine did not come with a cap for the 5 gallon bottle either. I improvised by melting a hole in an extra lid with my soudering iron. It’s annoying that it stopped working, but it saves me a lot in the cost of water because I refill the 5 gal bottles at a refilling station. So, in conclusion, I wish the first one hadn’t broken and I hope the 2nd one lasts longer.

I bought 2 of these. The first one quit working after about a month. The second one just quit working and never accurately measured the water. This is not worth the money.

Works fine. Didn't realize the measurements were in metric. The nozzle pole isnt adjustable so its confusing as to why you can fill cups that are over 12 or 16oz when they dont fit. Would be useful if that changed. Also the cap to cover the water jug isn't adjustable for any other size but 1 so it's not useful for jugs smaller than a gallon.

Move over, fancy tech gadgets of 2023 – there's a new contender! The Water Dispenser for 5 Gallon Bottle in sleek white takes the crown. I can't believe I've gone this long without it. Here's the scenario: I'm in the zone, working on a project, tunes jamming, and then... a loud slurp. I'm out of water. Cue the disruption: walk to the cooler, fill the bottle, return to the desk, and reorient myself – 15-20 minutes down the drain.BUT NOW! Same slurp, but this time, a swift button press, and my cup is perfectly filled – no desk departure, no productivity break, and no spillage thanks to preset fill levels. It's a game-changer, a life-saver, and a productivity booster all in one. The battery power ensures I'm covered even in a blackout, though let's be honest, it's going to be plugged in 99.9% of the time.On the downside, the included mat didn't quite make the cut for me. It was too thick and folded awkwardly. Kim Kardashian-level thick, if you catch my drift. Rolled, not folded, would've been my preference. And yes, it's that thick. Mouse pad thick, to be exact. The other quirk is specific to my setup. Placed on the corner of my sit/stand desk, the hose length didn't quite cooperate in seated mode, resulting in a kink. A minor adjustment for a major convenience.In a nutshell, this dispenser is a desk essential, revolutionizing my workflow and hydration habits. Cheers to a great day!
