I am so glad we ordered this. My two indoor cats are often very bored and I can't always play with them. I have been ordering quite a few activity toys for them, but this one is smashing. Since I can change the settings, speed, and sound they don't get bored. I just received a very nice message from the seller, telling me again how to operate it and that it has a one year warranty. I will be looking for more from that seller. And I would buy this again.

The product itself is great - it has multiple speeds, it doesn’t seem like the cats would be able to pull out the wand, the charging area seems like the cats won’t be able to get to it. I took some time before writing my review because I wanted my cats to love it but they’re scaredy cats and didn’t take to it. I feel like I can’t give it 5 stars since I can’t actually rate how it holds up to use.

Updated 5/17/25: This company has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix my original issue. They sent me a new one within a few days after contacting me, like two days to be exact. Top tier customer service!!! My cats LOVE LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this toy so so much. Tired them out goooood. I will be purchasing another one soon amd more cat toys from this company. Thank you for your excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/13/25: I ordered this for my cats. THEY LOVED IT. Now days later, it stopped working. It still lights up and makes the sound but does not rotate anymore. SUPER bummer. It was seriously the best cat toy. They played for HOURS. HOURS.
