The Red Light Stays On When Charging - Charging is complete. Please fully charge it for the first time.
NOTE:
- Turn on the cat ball: short press the on-off key.
- Switch mode: After turning on the smart ball, long press the power button.
- Smart & Fast mode: The blue indicator light stays on for 3 seconds. Automatically enters standby mode after running for 5 minutes, reactivates the ball to turn on after slapping.
- Slow mode: The purple indicator light stays on for 3 seconds.
- Interactive mode: The green indicator light stays on for 3 seconds.
- The rope may fall off due to rolling. Just tighten it. This is a normal phenomenon.
- The operating mode has a slight vibration and sound. If your dog or cat is sensitive, be careful!

My cat loves this toy, He had one just like this but I can’t find it so I bought him this one and he loves it. My cat is half Tabby and half Mane Coon so he can go through a lot of toys and nip lol. Great battery life, great price, good size for my cat. Great activity level, very durable.

My dog loves this but the long tail stays on for less than a minute. It just falls off while it is bouncing around. It needs a better connection, mine never got the chance to chase the tail.
