Omg,my dog love this toy! She wakes for me to charge it up, then it wiggles and jiggles it's way across the room!

My 4 month old Australian Shepherd has fun playing with this toy, but it’s a nightmare to charge. The charging wire needs to go on the plastic “ball” inside the toy. My fingers can’t even spin the “ball” around to get to the charging port. I have to insert a pen and spin it. Plus, the velcro opening on the toy to get to the “ball” is too small.

Right out of the box, we were impressed with how cute this rechargeable Owl puppy toy is. The fabric is strong and soft, so it should hold up well if your puppy is a chewer. When we turned on the movement ball, it also had a loud barking sound, which is likely to frighten puppies, or cause your dog to bark back at it. The instructions explain how to turn the sound off, which I would recommend, until your dog gets used to this toy. We found the barking sound to be obnoxious, so we will likely leave it off permanently. Our puppy loves this toy, hopefully it will stand the test of time and doggy use / abuse. CHEERS!
