I need a 5 inch needle and didn't read the description that stated that these were 4 inch. Other than that this is a great set. Just hard for me to use.

The set of needles I received are very nice and certainly worth the money. I was surprised that the cables connected so smoothly. There were no snags while knitting and the needles are pointy enough to work in tight spaces and avoid splitting yarn. Perfect for a beginning or someone who just wants to explore if this is a craft is something he/she wants to pursue.

This is an excellent set. The cables are beautiful, don't curl up. The threading is precise and fit the cable and needle together seamlessly. The red case is lovely and keeps everything tidy. The extra bits and bobs are really useful too.

I just learned to knit and these are perfect. I will be buying these again for friends and family who want to knit.

Nice little set, wide selection of pin sizes with handy guage and useful lengths of cable. Never done a seamless neckvand before but I'll definitely be doing them again!

Some basic instructions would have been helpful at first. However, all the parts are there for successful knitting. The kit comes with tools to tighten the needles onto the cords, and there are connectors to join smaller cords together for extra large projects. Have not had any problems once I tightened up the needles to the cords with the tool that was provided.

Huge needle range! For the price it cannot be beat. I picked up the set for about ~30 USD and even if you dont use it all the time, you cannot find another set this good at this price point.Great for beginners, and more experienced knitters.(not pictured is 3mm needles and cord, and extra needle stops).

UPDATE 2/9/25Unfortunately I have to return these. The 40" cable snapped at one end, which obviously rendered it useless. If it happened to one, it will happen to the rest eventually. The needles are not compatible with knitters pride or knitpicks cables, which I was able to test at my local yarn store. I left with the ChiaoGoo set on the recommendation of the store owner. This is gonna be a really long review but I wanted to be thorough because buying these was a gamble for me due to the lack of reviews and I don't want it to be a gamble for other people.I'm a die hard for circular needles, so as soon as I discovered interchangeable sets about a year ago, I HAD to have one. I ended up dropping like $150 on the Clover Takumi set at my local Michaels, after seeing all the terrible reviews for cheap metal sets (these did not exist at the time).I decided to start looking again after ignoring some big issues with the Clover needles for way too long, which I will detail below:- They don't have very good slip for how pricey they are, and I even broke the tip on one of them trying to move some particularly tight cabling, resulting in one needle being shorter and rounder than the other- If you use one pair a lot for magic loop you have to remember to swap them around or one needle will dull way faster than the other (which is what happened to me)- The cables absolutely refuse to give up their coiled shape, they flip up and down and cross over the work, so keeping them out of my way was sometimes the hardest part of the project- The cables unscrew themselves from the needles all the time, and then if I got a stitch stuck in the gap that made fixing it take twice as long- The set came with ZERO tools or accessories, and Clover wants $10 (!!!) for two of the cable connector pieces.I decided to finally try buying this set after days of looking, and I'll elaborate on why I gave it 4 stars, and the two reasons why I didn't give it 5.Pros- This set came with every size the Clover needles had, including one additional size I didn't have. In one of my pictures I circled how they included the US sizes on the inside of the case, which is really handy since I don't have the mm sizes memorized.- The case itself is WAY more compact than the Clover case (also pictured) while holding the same amount of stuff- It came with accessories! I don't really care about the needles stoppers but I was really excited about the cable connectors and the fixing buttons. I have absolutely had times where I hit pause on a project to use the needles for some thing else, and the buttons would have been great to have- How are the cables better quality??? They just are. I included a close up photo and I CAN DO MAGIC LOOP SO EASILY WITH THESE. They stay out of my way!! Also if you use that little tightening pin they do. Not. Budge.- I feel like this would be true with any metal set but the slip on these is SO much better than the clover needles. Even when I had to go up 2 sizes in a project it wasn't that difficult to move the stitches along, and I imaging cabling will be a breezeCons- One of the reasons I couldn't give this set 5 stars was because of the smallest cable length. I compared it to the 16 in cable from the clover set (pictured), it's HUGE. If you like making hats but haven't learned magic loop you won't be able to use these, the cable is just way too long- The second reason is because the sizing for one of the needles is off. They have the 10.5 needles at 7 mm, when they are supposed to be 6.5 mm. It's not a deal breaker but it's still an inaccuracy. In conclusion, if you're well versed in magic loop and like me can't afford the ChiaoGoo set, it's a no brainer. They're smooth, clearly labeled, decent quality, and come with some really useful tools. I've already tossed the Clover needles in my closet where they can live in shame for being worse than a set of $40 needles off Amazon

Although they initally worked great, I've been using them for a little over a month and the inside of the 6.0 mm needles' screw-in completely stripped out. The 6.0 mm set are basically unusable now (in the middle of working on a sweater), and my other sized needles seem to be stripping as well. I tried to go through Amazon Customer Service and could only reach chatbots who couldn't help me. As far as I could tell, leaving a review was the only way to contact the manufacturer.

Absolutely love it. The cables are not stiff very loose and bendy. The needles themselves are a little sharp but smooth using. They also have some kind of texture on them to help them grip.
