I watch a video where someone cut the bottom of there factory intercooler. The soot at the bottom (pre-egr delete). Looks great and fits great.

I don't normally write reviews, but I must say this is a great upgrade on a Ford 6.0 diesel. Solid aluminum with welded seems much better than the factory plastic, and the whole lot cheaper at that
