The original interior door handles are plastic. And twice I have replaced those plastic handles with identical plastic handles. But they always end up breaking eventually. These metal handles are far superior! My truck doors open up so much more easily and dependably. Love them! Big difference!

Used these to replace the factory plastic handles after one snapped on me. These are solid metal, can’t see them breaking anytime soon
