Seen reviews about them breaking after a few months or so, can't say anything on that one as mines only been on for a few weeks but product seems solid, smooth all the way around, comfortable in the hand, dont he man the handle when opening the door and i wouldnt see why it would break. I'd order it again if I needed another one.

**Update - broke after a couple months. I'm only dropping one star from my rating since the price is low and I'll admit that my linkage probably needs adjustment or trimming the door panel since I have to pull reasonably hard to get the door to pop open. I'll look for a billet option, but might just reorder one of these.**This handle took all of 3 minutes to swap out for my broken one, though I now know I could have left the door panel on and swapped it in 1 minute.That sinking feeling when your driver's side Ford door handle breaks is easily remedied with this sub-$10 part from IFATRUNK.I ordered the black version which matches the window crank handle, not that mattered to me. It's just a relief to not have to roll my window down in the rain and reach outside to open the door when I get parked somewhere.This seems like a good part and I'd be quick to order another one if the other side breaks.

Broke after 3 months. The interior fitting on the door was fine, so that did not cause the break. The casting of the metal looks very poor and reminds me of cheap investment casting.

It fits good and the finish is good. However, the bolt was a little hard to get a wrench on to tighten it up with the way it is made. Once my husband got that figured out though, it was all good. It works well in this old truck my husband bought brand new back in the late 80s and continues to use to haul when we need it.
