Table top arrived with a flaw in the finish; box and packaging were in perfect shape, so damage must have occurred before it was boxed. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it until we had already assembled the table--it wasn't obvious until the roughness started catching every bit of fabric that came near it. The table is nice looking and was easy to assemble; seems sturdy. The top will need a glass covering to protect it because the finish looks like every scratch will show. All in all, not a bad purchase, except for the damaged edge.

The 36” round table came in two packages, and is of excellent quality. Comes unfinished, so mine was sanded, primed and painted (2 coats). Great result.

Table is very sturdy, easy to put together using a pass-through socket.Item came quickly and in great shape. Fits my very small dining space in a 1920’s bungalow.Very happy with the table.

Despite the “simple” look, it is a bear to assemble. Difficult to tighten bolts given the very small pedestal space where the bolts attaching the feet to the pedestal are to be inserted and tightened. Unit came without instructions. So we had to use some “gray matter” to figure out how to attach the table to the pedestal. Here, two of the pre-bored bolt holes were too shallow to include the washers with the bolts. One hole would not allow the bolt to be tightened down. Hence, the table was unbalanced until we decided to omit one of the washers. The table is attractive and functional for our use, but took an inordinate amount of time to assemble due to the inaccuracies mentioned above.

I chose this table for two reasons: (1) it was made of wood; and (2) I liked the legs. After receiving the table, the description does not do this table justice!!! The table is VERY sturdy, and the quality of workmanship is amazing. This table is beautiful, functional, and sturdy. It is also the perfect size to fit in the kitchen with two chairs. I have already been spending many hours seated at this table for eating, looking at the mail, reading the newspaper, drinking coffee in the morning, and have a cocktail at night. The bottom line is that I absolutely LOVE this table! My only challenge was assembly; my hands were a bit large to get the washers and nuts on the leg bolts inside the pedestal and then tighten them. But I had other tools that made the assembly a snap!
