Do not purchase a package by Spreewell the engineering department at Intex says the vacuum cannot work with that small of a pump. It is the fault of spreewell packaging products that are not conducive to each other

We love our pool! Aside from one tiny issue… the vacuum is garbage! We tried everything to get it to work, but it just won’t. The filter is not strong enough to propel the vacuum the way it is supposed to. Therefore, our pool has grown algae, and despite our best efforts to keep it at bay, it is growing. If you’re considering buying this pool, I would look into the cost of a new, more powerful filter system AND a new vacuum. Because the pool was a splurge for us, we won’t be buying the much needed filter and vacuum this year. I hope that next summer we will get to use it more!Overall, I do love the pool itself, but I would do my research, and find a good deal on just the pool itself (somewhere other than Amazon), then splurge on the filter/vacuum and other necessities.

The robot cleaner is junk. The pump does not have enough power for the vacuum. The pool is decent quality. I would get a ladder instead of the vacuum.

Seller offers this package deal: 12 ft x 30" pool, pump, pool cover, and a vacuum. HOWEVER the vacuum is grossly oversized for the pump that comes with the pool. The pump is nowhere near strong enough to operate the vacuum. Because we purchased it right after moving into our new house, we didn't get to set it up until after the return window closed. Seller will do nothing about the inclusion of a piece of equipment that is not compatible with the rest of the items. Be sure to check the gph level of the pump before purchasing a package deal.

This pool is big enough for 6 adults, but is small enough that it's pretty cheap to maintain. It doesn't take much shock and chlorine to keep it clean. Taking it down for winter was easy and it doesn't tear easily. I have no issues with this pool so far. Can't wait for next summer!

I’ve had it for about a week and everything has been great so far. I was able to put it together by myself in 110 degree weather in about 25-30 mins. The instructions and execution are very simple. I originally had questions on how sturdy it would be and it’s held up great so far.The only downside so far has been the automatic pool cleaner. First it won’t easily screw onto the connection it needs to inside the pool. Once you get it on (somewhat) it doesn’t stay down at the bottom of the pool. It keeps trying to float. When it does stay down it’s not completely down on the floor of the pool so it doesn’t move to actually help clean the pool. It does circulate water through it to keep the water in the pool from just sitting still but doesn’t do it’s intended function. Aside from that everything else works like it should. The timer on the pump is cool. Wished you could set it to automatically pump without having to manually turn it on but for the price it’s hard to complain. The pump does leak slightly from time to time but it is a plastic pump with plastic hoses so hard to be upset about it.I give it a 7/10. My suggestion for improvements1. Bigger pump to possibly help automatic pool cleaner2. Automatic timer for pump3. Better protection on/in box for shipping. My box came with a hole in it. Nothing was damaged or missing but I can see how that could be an issue for some.4. Some type of storage bag for when I tear it down in October
