I am not sure how I feel about these so far. I purchased them to try and bring down the PPM level in my Invigorated Water, it was at about 41. It is lower prior to filtration, near 20. I figured it was because of the added minerals but I am not really sure. It might be because I haven't used the filter for long enough to clean it out, but my PPM is about 400 now. That is a massive difference. It is almost equal to my unfiltered tap water from a well. I don't feel comfortable drinking it as it goes against what I am trying to accomplish, but I have been chugging it anyway to see if it lowers after some uses.

Added the ph002 to the ph001 filter and now the first filter will not seat, or seal in the dispenser. I'd like to return the dispenser and filters if possible. I've already ordered a brita replacement and dispenser.

This was very difficult to install. Once I had it twisted into place as far as it would go it still allowed water to drip out along the sides by passing this.portion of filtration completely.I filtered three full pitcher full and the taste was not good either. I have been using filters for my water for 25plus years, and using alkaline water filters for 15years.As far as the overall pitcher....I thought I'd step up my game with this one. Very disappointed! and I have never had alkaline filtered water taste bad...!!!Other things I didn't like about this was the length of time it takes to filter the water. I let it sit for an hour and placed tape on the side to track change in the reservoir level and it didn't budge.Through investigation I learned it was most likely due to a vacuum created with the lid on!It took great muscle to remove the lid. Then I left the lid off and it began to drip water through again. I can tell you I for one am not going to babysit a water filter like this.As far as Aesthetics i thought it would have an upscale appearance on my table, not so....The frosted plastic insert totally throws it off and there is condensation the forms on the inside of the glass in-between the insert and the ID wall of the vessel. It makes that portion of the pitcher look cloudy not clear. Beyond undesirable.Very disappointed, It is going back.

This is the first time we are using the ultrafiltration membrane filter and it really helps filter the water. It WILL slow down the water filtration process significantly but that is expected due to the enhanced micron filter. The water had a chemicalish taste at first but after running the water through the filter a couple more times I couldn't taste it. Now it tastes great! For the people posting that they are missing the gasket/silicone ring, mine was in the bottom of the box underneath the filter bag (not sure why it wasn't sealed in the bag with the filter) so be sure to check the box thoroughly before throwing it out or you'll lose your gasket/silicone ring and will not properly fit onto the water filter. Overall great addition to the filter and doesn't affect the alkalinity.

I’ve been using invigorated water for several years now and this makes the best tasting water.Not fitment issues with the filter add on to the larger filters.I 100% recommend this item.
