I used the plastic adapter ring to reduce a size.It is quite simple to use so only need to insert it to your ring.Somehow it is visible. It helps .

I had bought transparent spiral silicone ring sizers and I installed one of the sort of gold hued ones, it worked it ok, but was visible around the ring. I bought this hoping for a less obvious ring sizer. As others mention, there are several different sized clear ring sizers to choose from to fit various width bands. I tried one or two and then found one that snapped on. I decided I wanted to secure it and also to add a it more depth to the sizer, using the gel. It was pretty simple, but the instructions are bare minimal. It does not tell you how to apply the gel, nor how much, and worse yet it does not give you instructions on how to use the UV blue curing flashlight to set the gel. It does not tell you how long or how close to apply the light to the gelled surface. In searching elsewhere, I have learned it takes about two minutes under the blue UV curing light to cure/set the gel. I actually did not do it that long. I hope my application doesn't fail. There are numerous products sold on Amazon I am discovering that have little to know instructions, or instructions in foreign language with no English translation. I bought a Brazilian Wood plant and the recommended liquid plant food and a spray of some sort. Neither the Brazilian Wood nor the two plant foods have any instructions in English. The Brazilian Wood has no instruction for planting or growing it. I wish Amazon would crack down on vendors to provide clear and adequate information and instructions with products sold on Amazon. This a major Amazon flaw. With all these things coming from China, there should be provided clear instructions in proper English translations.

Compre estos ajustadores con algo de escepticismo, pero me movio el hecho de que, si mando algun anillo a reducir su tamano, este perdera valor y, a veces mis dedos se inchan. Me sorprebdio ver que los espirales son muy versatiles, siempre puedes aumentar o cortar o hacer varios tamanios y usarlos en diferentes anillos. en definitiva y bajo mi perspectiva, es un buen producto para tratar. Lo recomiendo

The uv glue doesn't stick to my ring for more than a few days and I needed a longer lasting solution. I'm glad this set came with the ring clips also since those stay in place. It's fairly easy to snap onto my ring and I don't even notice that it's there while wearing my ring so it's comfortable. It does collect dirt so needs to be removed occasionally and cleaned thoroughly. I prefer the UV product for comfort and invisibility; I just wish it would stick longer than a couple days.

The plastic pieces are really thick and not really useful. But the gel is great. You can put a little on to try out the thickness. Can add more if needed or peel it off and try again. You have to look really closely to see the gel.
