I am absolutely in love with this PA system. Plus I scored it at a great price by buying it refurbished. It came with all of the original pieces. The sound is phenomenal. Will most likely buy another one since two can be linked together.

My friend had one of these machines when I went on vacation and we had a ball singing karaoke. I ordered mine when I returned home immediately, I love it however, I do find some static, and sometimes it cuts out without reason. Sometimes it disconnects while playing. This did not happen with my friends device. I will give it a little bit longer to see if I’m doing something incorrectly. However, I still love it. Enjoy using it with friends.

I love the speakers, but I have called Amazon several times to complain about the fact that the speakers automatically shut down after 15 minutes of use. I can restart them, but it happens again, same cycle. I'm wondering if this has something to do with the many settings on the back of each speaker. Since these came in with no owner's mamual and since no one at Amazon can help me, I have emailed ION several times, with no reply. I would call ION, but I can't find any phone number. please help me. I am using these to do shows and it is quite embarrassing when I have to stop in the middle of a song and go over and turn on each speaker every 15 minutes. There is probably a simple setting change, but no one knows.

Knew this was refurbished, but cabinet had several scrapes on the edges and looked pretty worn.Speaker seemed to work ok with music source, but the microphone output was very muffled and poor. So much so, that we had to use a separate p.a. for microphone use of announcements. If I had a to do it again, I wouldn't take the chance on a used unit and would pay full price to receive full features.
