garbage. do not buy. came apart in 4 weeks. says after return window closed. cord disconnected itself from the head left with a leaking hose no customer support and no replacement option. definitely chose another product. 0 stars!!!

Disappointed to say the least. Worked two days before the jets were half plugged. Tried cleaning it out and replaced the filter. Didn't fix much but somehow developed a crack in the handle in the process. Now it sprays out the side as well. Good concept. Poor execution. Cheap materials.

I like my new shower head. It connected great to the hardware I already had so it took like 2 minutes to remove my old one and install this new one.

This is a nice shower sprayer with everything you need to install. The 3-setting head sprays finer than a standard shower head, while still having the power to rinse your hair well. There is also a toggle to turn the water off as needed. Filter installs easily by unscrewing the handle, although I am not sure exactly what the filter is meant to catch. But it does not impair the water flow. The head screwed onto my current extension hose easily. I am happy with it.

To begin with, the showerhead comes with three modes, each catering to different preferences. One standout mode is the powerful misting function, which I found to be somewhat uncomfortable on higher pressures. It may feel nicer with cold water on hot days, but it wasn't a "sauna" experience at all.It does seem to use significantly less water than my previous Siroflex model, making it an eco-friendlier option without sacrificing too much performance. The volume of water seems to be less "satisfying" than my Siroflex but if you are conscious about your water bill, this will help.However, there are a few caveats. Unfortunately, the showerhead didn’t come with any instructions, which led to some confusion during installation. In attempting to figure out how to attach the showerhead holder, I inadvertently damaged the product. I was able to improvise by using my own VHB double-sided tape to secure the holder, but this issue could have been easily avoided with the inclusion of even basic assembly instructions.Additionally, while I haven't experienced any leaks, the seal for the water filters doesn’t seem to be very robust. It’s advisable to supply your own Teflon sealing tape to ensure a secure attachment of the hose, since this isn't included with the purchase.The included showerhead hose is commendably flexible, adding to the ease of use and maneuverability. Although I haven’t been using the showerhead long enough to assess its effectiveness in reducing water hardness, the overall design and performance give me confidence in its potential benefits and I will continue to use it for the coming weeks.In conclusion, while this handheld filtered showerhead offers a unique shower experience with its diverse settings and water efficiency, the lack of instructions and the need for additional sealing materials suggest areas for improvement. Despite these initial hurdles, it’s a decent choice if you value versatility and reduced water consumption in your shower routine. It's a decent quality upgrade to basic showers.

I got a new shower head handle and my mother in law wanted one too. She lives with us so I got to replace her existing one. This one may be better than the one I got for myself. Easy install, comes with its own hose and holder but she already had one so just replaced the head. She likes that it has an off/on button and the back has different settings on it. The water flow is much better than her old one. Surprisingly it’s better than the one I got recently. There is already a filter in it and comes with 5 more that are easy to replace. Pretty good shower head.
