I bought this to patch a hole on my wife's work pants. She's an Iowa State fan and I wanted to surprise her with a fixed pair of pants featuring her school.Anyways, I ironed the patch on the hole (front middle of thigh) and followed the instructions for about a half hour, flipping it inside and out while ironing, blah blah blah. Felt pretty sturdy when I was done, so I folded the pants and put them on the bottom of her work pants pile.A few days later she finally reached that pair of pants, laughed at the patch, went to sit down to put her shoes on and it immediately popped up on one side. So that sucked. Now it sits on my desk because I don't have a sewing machine to do it that way.I'm giving it 4 stars for the quality of the patch and the possibility that it would've stuck if sewn on, but for ironing on it didn't work.
