This product enabled us to close the doors to the cabinet that had the black box and allowed the remote controls to change channels and volume. Before the doors had to be open.

I was not aware that a non-Samsung third party Deco frame blocks the Frame TVs Infrared receiver! Although the Samung remote works, I lost the ability to use my Xfinity remote to control power, sound and channels. This meant that I had to use 2 remotes. Ugh ... I know, 1st world problems.After researching solutions, I found this repeater. It is so simple but it works. Easy to set up. See photos. I have not experienced any delays in the transmission/operation. The recever diode is small and discreet (which was one of my concerns). This has been the perfect solution. I highly recommend!P S. It will not restore the light sensitivity and motion detection features of the Frame TV which were also lost because of the Deco Frame. :-(

I appreciated the design of this product - clean and one single cable. The adhesive was very good.The problems with this product are:1. It takes a 2032 battery which depletes quickly.2. There is a delay of approximately 15 seconds after you have pressed a button on the remote for the device to “wake up”. This was the show stopper for me. Would not work with my Xumo box.
