Optimize the life of your iReliev electrode pads.
Clean your skin with an alcohol swab or use iReliev TENS Wipes to prepare your skin for electrode placement. Always dry the area before applying the electrode pads.
For the purposes of hygiene, do not share your electrode pads with other people.
When removing your electrode pads from your skin, peel from the side of the electrode pad. Do not pull the electrode pad by the wire as it can easily compromise the electrode pad. Be sure to properly store your electrode pads after each electrotherapy session. Make sure to stick the pads on the transparent plastic film provided in the pack. Place the film with the electrode pads back inside the poly bag and be sure to remove any excess air. Seal bag for storage.

I have had a tens unit for many years .. I was very excited with this purchase due to the fact that the pads cover a larger area than the pads that came with my unit . I will definitely purchase these again . They are very affordable.

I have purchased many many replacement patches for my tens unit and had always been disappointed, either the adhesive just didn't stay on or were just weak. Not so with these, don't look any further they meet my needs perfectly and I run my tens unit constantly while waiting for insurance to approve my surgery
