I have no issue with the bins themselves, but I ordered the four pack and only received 3 bins and 4 lids. I reached out to the company but have had no response so far. I didn't want to send them back to Amazon because I need them but obviously just want the last bin that I paid for. I only wrote this review to warn others that this is a possibility and you will get no help from customer service.

I Hope Iris sees this review because their 1-800 customer service line is unresponsive. I ordered sets of these boxes in 3 different sizes - shoebox, 72qt and 96 qt. All three arrived broken. The corners and lids of the 96 qt we’re broken (still waiting on my refund from Amazon despite returning them weeks ago). The 72 qt arrived with broken handles and one of the tubs was cracked all the way down the side as well as other issues. And the shoebox size also had cracked edges and the tops do not snugly fit - the latching mechanism is so poor they pop right off.I also ordered large Rubbermaid tubs at the same time in a slightly different size for just slightly more $. They arrived without issue, seal properly and are MUCH better quality than the IRIS tubs. So as of now …1) I’m waiting on Amazon to refund me for the broken 96qt tubs that have already been returned.2) one set of 76qt tubs have been returned and refunded but unfortunately I needed to use the other broken set. Packing up a house in a rural community and didn’t have time for replacement nor is a store close by to run to easily to buy replacements.3) also using the broken shoebox sizes for toiletries - but again the kids don’t seal properly (even on the ones that aren’t broken) so not pleased but again had to use them out of necessity.I’d like IRIS to refund me for the shoebox and 72qt set that I had to use but is broken. After leaving multiple messages for the company - a week later still no response. Do NOT buy this product! Spend a little more for a quality and sturdy Rubbermaid product.If I get a reply I will update this review.

My delivery of 18 Litre boxes arrived yesterday with one cover broken. The boxes work fine otherwise. I wrote to the seller but being in the USA, they can't help. Can Amazon send one extra cover? Or credit me for one missing set (not much good without a cover). The boxes work fine.
