Very comfortable shoes. From the first time I put them on I knew I'd be wearing them for more than just riding. As for riding they are great, including (especially) the gear shift reinforcement patch; they put it on both shoes to make them match even though the shifter is on the left. The added zipper on the inside is fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone who rides, or to anyone who just wants a super comfortable good looking pair of shoes.

Awesome shoe.These fit great, are made well, designed well, and have all the needed safety features for riding.The material is full leather around the base, toe and lacing, and a thick padded canvas around the ankle and top. The shifter pad is a really nice touch and adds to the durability and function of the shoe.The upper tongue has a fold over leather flap that holds tied laces in place.The sole is a thick, rigid rubber while the insole is soft and supportive on the heel, ball and arch of the foot.The zip-sides make it really to get them on and off and velcro retaining strap prevents the zipper from coming loose.The breathe surprisingly well and I haven't noticed any overheating or sweating. They do have a snug fit, but not in an uncomfortable way.These are REALLY nice shoes for riding to work since they look a lot like black converse shoes but still have all these safety features. The price is a little steep for a lesser-known brand, but once you wear them you can feel the quality.

I dont ride motorcycles but I liked the look of the yellow shoes as maybe dress shoes as I prefer work type boots. These did not disappoint, as far as aesthetics and comfort. I have a bad back so support is critical and I could tell the minute I put these on they were much better than my old shoes, which now are relegated to just around the house.My only complaint is I generally wear 7.5 mens shoes and they are a bit on the large size, but I do that to provide room for additional foot insoles if needed. Shoes that I think I may want insoles and thicker socks I buy as a 8 mens and they are generally sloppy on my feet unless I have thick soles or insoles.I ordered size 8 in these shoes and they were snug. Not so tight I can't wear them but snug enough I would have to remove the existing insoles instead of adding additional, as well as thicker socks may be to tight, for now I wear standard cotton ankle high socks and they are fine.I have only had these for a day, but wanted to do a review. But I have not noticed any issues with sweat/heat then again it is still fall here so will know more when summer hits. Hope the material will breathe as expected.

I've yet to come across an IRON JIA product that I didn't really like - and these shoes/boots are no exception. I like that the yellow color of these gives them a "work boot" look (though no steel toe, so not suitable for that type of scenario) that can also go well with general casual attire - a good pair of riding jeans and you're good to go. These fit nice and snug with good ankle protection and nice shift pads. A pair of black laces were also included if you want (or need) to switch them out. The size zipper and velcro make putting on and taking off super easy. This is a really great quality shoe at a good price point - competitive in cost to others and higher then some but you're definitely getting a quality product with these. Highly recommended.

So sad these were way too big. I usually wear an 8-8.5. I measured my foot according to directions and ordered an 8 based on the size chart. They are just as cute in person and I wanted them to work. I tightened the laces, put on thick socks and they were still too big. I could barely walk. It would be a safety issue, for sure.I went to order a smaller size but that wasn't an option.
