I was between alot of trainers. Inspire, X Mark etc. This one is the winner. Lifetime Warranty for frame, most have that but how about parts, YES! Some other ones have 1-2 years for parts, big whoop. Now I know why they do this, the quality of the parts is insane. I have been to many gyms in my pre, during and now post military experience and this thing is awesome. Was very easy to put together just time consuming. Little common sense and you are golden. I got the upgrades 200 pound verison. Came in the following2 big boxes the actual trainer4 7 plate boxes for 280 pounds (what you get for standard as the other 20 pounds is from the top plate in the big boxes.2 5 plate boxes, granted 1 wasnt shipped to me but the company fixed the issue.Guy from Gronk Fitness, they actually answer their phone and fix the issue on the spot. The boxes were beat up, but each piece is wrapped so well, it was a non issue.NOT INCLUDED- Some workout mats- Fan- Air purifier cuz I am a sissy haha- Bowflex bench- Tough box to hold extra attachments, some may be pictured

This thing is pretty awesome, it's the perfect size for a home gym either indoors or in a garage. It was a bit of a bear to assemble, just make sure you have the recommended tools (some Allen and crescent wrenches at a bare minimum). Also, it can be assembled alone but having someone help you will make it significantly easier from a time standpoint. The machine works perfectly and is definitely gym grade material, spring for the extra weight plates early on because removing the weights to add more will be annoying and will require a lot of loosening and tightening. The only weird thing is the way you do lat pulldowns with the machine, you connect the bar to both sides. Although, if it really bothers you, then I recommend buying a lat pulldown bar designed with the hook loop in the middle of the bar.

I am so happy with this purchase. My husband and I have been slowly putting together equipment for our home gym over the last year, and this was the last large piece that we needed. I was a little apprehensive purchasing such a large item online, but it was the best deal that we could find (and I looked at a LOT) so we decided to go for it.Shipping: Took a bit longer than we anticipated, but that was due to back order on the manufacturers end. The seller was fantastic at working with us and called personally to let us know about it and to give us the option to back out and go a different route if we wanted. He even provided me an email so that I could easily get status updates from him. In the end, he was able to get it shipped out to us even sooner than he had thought, so that was a pleasant surprise, and it really wasn't much later than it was supposed to. The Shipping company YRC freight was also great to work with when we were trying to track it and there was a little bit of confusion on my end on what some of their phrasing meant, but they were able to clear it up right away through their chat system, and even offered extra solutions that i wouldn't have thought of to help us track it easier. So A+ for the shipping.Assembly: First off, this item is HEAVY. Duh. But make sure you have some help carrying the boxes to wherever you are assembling the machine. Otherwise you will have to open the boxes wherever delivery drops them for you, and carry pieces in one or two at a time. Which would suck. there were two larger boxes and then 4 small boxes that held all the weight plates. Those little boxes were 70 lbs each, and ridiculously heavy. So be careful. Assembly itself really wasn't too difficult, just time consuming. It took the two of us about 4 hours to complete. I was pleasantly surprised to find how clearly everything was labeled for easy recognition. All the nuts and bolts were numbered perfectly, and we didn't have any problems locating pieces and following instructions. The one minor issue that we ran into, that we figured out pretty quickly, was that they didn't specify whether the left/right labels were looking at the machine or from the perspective of the machine itself. For the record, it's the from the perspective of the machine, not looking at it. But once we figured it out, we had no problems. Most of the tools needed were basic tools we had, socket wrenches and such, though we did need one HUGE allen wrench that we didn't have, so keep that in mind, but other than that, assembly went together pretty well. Another tip we realized too late, was to attach the silver number stickers to the tops on the weight plates as you put them on the machine, don't wait til after, cause if you do, you will have to really trust the person you are working with because they will have to hold the weights up for you while you put them on, which isn't the safest route. So do it as you go, at least for the silver ones that go on top of each plate.Use: There are about a million workouts that you can do with this system. It comes with a 70+ page book with different options to get you started but you can also add pages to the book if you would like which I will most likely add a dry erase tracking page at the end. So that is kinda cool. We have only had one day with it, but we both are feeling it from our workout, so that is a good thing. The ease of switching workouts throughout is awesome. I have avoided weight lifting in the past because the free weights were intimidating and a bit scary for a little girl like me, but with this, that problem is gone. Overall we are extremely happy with this product and the quality of it, and would definitely recommend to others.

This was difficult to assemble and requires two people as manufacturer's assembly manual requires. I'm handy and quite crazy, so I assembled by myself, but I do NOT recommend attempting that. In retrospect, I should have called my brother-in-law for a hand. If you're not handy, I def recommend paying for assembly. I almost got my head cracked in at one point when a piece slipped out of my hands. You will also need a rubber mallet, and socket wrenches, and hex drivers. Assembly is complex. Not a complaint on the machine though. Really works well.I got the 200lb upgrade and the extra 50lbs packs didn't come initially. After contacting, seller was great with sending/correcting.This was first time I paid more than $2000 for home gym equipment, other than with some gym quality treadmills, but I definitely see the reason why. After assembly and trying out, I ordered the bench for it as well. All pieces fit with laser precision, and mechanisms are tight and smooth. Everything is solid and feels of quality. Funny thing is the only thing that looks cheap is the Bodycraft stickers on the top of the black oval looking parts. Maybe it's oem sold as another brand overseas? Who knows. Don't care. I like the machine overall a lot.I'm a small middle aged guy, not so strong, and out of shape these days, but I'm glad I ordered the extra 50lbs just for piece of mind. I can see perhaps I would've outgrown the 150 alone for let's say squats, etc.Anyways, very happy with this. I have a treadmill and some sandbags, so, my home gym is complete with this machine if I just get a good dipping station next. Thumbs up!
