Personally I thought the product was perfect, good quality, my only issue is we need more keys, where can I buy or what kind of store can duplicate the keys, I have tried about 10 places and they can't duplicate them.

This panic bar is not suitable for a standard type door handle on the opposite side. Have to return as I don’t see any handles on Amazon that will fit it.Refund issued within 3 hours of dropping my product off at a return depot. Thx Amazon.

Product wasn't perfect but you can make it work. Even when the handle is locked it still has some play and can be opened if the catch doesn't fully secure the latch. The templates supplied does not match this unit.

Make sure you have the right measurements and part I used this for several exit doors They seem to be of good quality and were fairly easy to install

Arrived fast, the box looked like is shipped straight from China but everything was inside. Installed with no problems and works great while new. It has really weird keys but it came with 6 and they all work. It seems heavy duty enough for my business.
