Maybe I'm uncouth but I was shocked at how small these utensils were. They look like something you'd find in a kid's play kitchen. The spoons are so small, I don't know what you could pick up with them. The tongs while also quite small, hard to grip and stiff. I couldn't easily squeeze them to pick up anything. The product listing states they could also be used for small ice cubes and the key word is small. You can't even pick up a regular ice cube with them. They were so stiff that they were just hard to use. The forks were reminiscent of the little plastic cocktail forks so they'd be ok if they were disposable. I should have paid attention to the measurements. I wondered why a set of 8 serving utensils was selling for $16, now I know why. Perhaps charcuterie serving utensils are supposed to be this small and the issue is me but I'd rather stick to adult sized serving utensils.

This is a nice set of silverware for a cheese serving plater (charcuterie board)There are forks, spoons, spread knives and tongs ; they are petite and dainty how they should be, when serving fine cheeses.In my house with children, nobody cares that these are just for cheese, but everybody loves these.They are nicely made and finished , with smooth edges without any visible flaws; I wish the tongs were a bit longer, they grab well but because they are so short significantly more finger force is required to pick up with them. The spreading knifes/spatulas have a pointed end that is super nice.These are a bit of a hard to find item, it’s not easy to buy a set such as this. It is affordable priced and nicely made, the only thing better would have been a small pouch or storage container so that the tools don’t get mixed up with my regular silverware.LovelyRecommendedThank you

This is a great serving set, not just for charcuterie but for desserts, sauces, appetizers as well. When I first opened the box, they looked thin and flimsy so I was worried that they would bend if I put too much pressure on them. Fortunately, I was wrong. They are light but well made and very strong. The spreader doubles as a small knife to slice the charcuterie pieces. The design is simple, so it matches/complements most utensil sets. Overall it’s a great product and the pictures/post are quite accurate to what you are getting.

We used this set of 8 Ironwood Gourmet Stainless Steel Charcuterie Utensils in a gathering for appetizer serving, and they worked well. They are a bit thin and lightweight, so you must be a bit careful, but they do their intended job perfectly. We cleaned them by hand as normally, such type of utensils get ruined in the dishwasher.
