After about 8 months of daily use doing CRCP the chaps began showing noticeable wear, they are overall heavier than other options available and they tend to punish you in the summer heat retaining a lot of heat. It has the waist rope and two fasteners for your legs but one should be enough. Whenever I'd have to get down on a knee or get in a tight spot I'd always have to either take them off or unbuckle a leg strap. I'm sure the foreman didn't appreciate the constant adjustments coming from his apprentice.

Good chaps, but the leather strap that holds the chaps up, loosens frequently. These should have two leather straps that can be tied.

Very thick leather just very cheap quality metal studs and hardware used on these chaps.

I like the chaps they are good but the strap for the waist broke after half the day using it and I couldn't get it tight untell it broke
