This die is perfect for cleaning up the brass threads on a Bernard Shortstub Welding Electrode Holder. This electrode holder depends on clean, full travel threads to properly hold welding electrodes so sometimes you need to freshen up the soft brass threads. This is the die for that job. Select a 9/16-12 tap to clean up the threaded brass lug on your stinger cable.
