You don’t get exactly what is described. You get newer model which sucks. Powder leaks out and broke in a week. And handle doesn’t latch well to lock it.

You dont get what the picture describes. Its all blue. not blue and yellow as described.....what i wanted and thought i ordered. The blue one sucks. Yellow is much better.

Irwin why did you have to mess up the best chalk box ever created.... The new model that ya'll came up with is akward, the chalk clumps up, its slower, and the hook definately does not copare. By the way the only reason i bought some, was because i thought i was ordering the blue and yellow ones, as the picture shows. Instead I ended up with 5 of the newer model.. Please reconsider this product irwin, you shouldnt've changed anything it was already better.

Here is the problem with this Chalk Reel---No Chalk !!!This is a consumer grade chalk reel for the do it yourselfer. As such, the unit should come with some chalk. It does not, you have to go buy some. Like many products I ordered this mid-week because I needed it for the weekend. I was upset to see there was no chalk and I had to make a trip to get some. For a homeowner/ consumer product, this should come with some chalk even if it was a few bucks more.
