Main features:
1. This lens tripod mount ring is tailor-made and compatible with Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR; lightweight design of hollow, with stainless steel screw, net weight is about 240g;
2. The lens collar is made of high quality Aviation Aluminum, lightweight and solid; precisely machined by world-class high-end CNC turning center, surface anodic oxidation; appearance and exquisite workmanship is much better than similar products made by mold;
3. The lens support is referencing to and modified from Nikon original standard design. Integrated design, non-slip knob is larger, reserved finger position. The inner diameter of the tripod ring is about 79.5mm, the width is about 23mm, with 3M film inside for protecting the lens from scratches, can be freely rotated 360 degrees;
4. The bottom of the lens bracket is 85mm detachable lengthening quick release plate, with 1/4”and 3/8”screw holes and stainless steel studs at the bottom;
5. This lens holder bottom is 39mm Arca-Swiss fit Quick Release Plate, compatible with RRS / ARCA-SWISS 39mm fit ball head, suitable for iShoot IS-JZ30 / IS-JZ50 / IS-JZ64 / IS-QJ58 / IS-QJ64-FD / IS-JZ60BK / IS-JZ70MFT / IS-JZ80BK.

I didn't want to spend hundreds on a RRS so I bought the iShoot brand. It's well built and not flimsy. The only thing you don't get is a QD socket, but I added a screw in QD adapter so I can use may shoulder sling.

For a replacement collar foot combo not great. It is sticky and difficult with turning the lens. Just not smooth. Look at other brands like leofoot. I sent the ishoot back and bought a different brand.

The original got damaged. This is just as sturdy, significantly cheaper and has the added benefit of an integrated standard tripod seat not requiring an add on as the original did. Quicker and more stable to mount on a tripod or gimbal.

It is a good value for the money. Well built. The tolerance is a bit lose yet some how harder to roll from landscape to portrait than the original Nikon bracket. I buy this one for the built in ARCA plate feature.

I replaced the original Nikon tripod collar because I added a bracket for my gimbal tripod head. This iShoot Lens Collar has the "V" grooves built in. Balances my camera with the shoulder strap I use.
