Although easy to assemble and it does work somewhat, the microphone is really cheesy. I had it right in front of a speaker and even cranking the volume didn't do much. Tapping on the mic does more. It also requires 3 jumpers on the circuit board but no wire was supplied for that. Fortunately I have plenty of wire.I bought it for my great grand daughter but she said she's too young to use a soldering iron so I assembled it in about 15 minutes.

Had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately half of them are missing essential components. 100% of them are missing the jumper for the power pins. 100% do not recommend this purchase. Luckily I have lots of my own spares as the return is not worth my time.Other than the above listed the components I did receive are good quality.The instructions on the other hand are not so good either. Poor translation? Specifically they call out a spot on the board that doesn’t exist, Q2… does not appear on the board, but Q1 does….Shame. I should have known better than purchasing from an obvious drop shipper.

I bought a bunch of these for my students to practice soldering, except there were no jumpers included even though in the directions it said to add them. Most of them could get a few lights to light up but never all of them.

Received the wrong resistors.Put it together anyway hoping it would still work. It did not. Checked the battery module and found the negitive wire was not making contact with negitive spring. After I soldered the wire to the spring the devise started working as advertised. Factory defect not the sellers fault. I changed my review.
