Isophthalic resin is a thixotropic, corrosion and temperature resistance resin. It is formulated for hand lay-up and spray-up applications. Isophthalic resin is perfect for dimensionally stable fiberglass molds.

ISO polyester resin works well. Seems to cure a bit slower than others I have used before but in my situation, that is a good thing. Hardens fine with addition of MEK. My only "complaint" is not with the product, but with the packaging. Plastic jug has threaded lid with invariably gets gooed up with resin when poured out of the jug. If not completely cleaned between each pour, it gets so clogged up it is impossible to properly put the lid back on to seal it up. PITA, but no big deal I guess... Other than that, no issues, I recommend
