This water dispenser was easy to install, seems to be well made, has great features, has a sleek design with modernized looks, but most of all the water tastes great! Originally i received a defective product. The dispenser was leaking water internally and was leaving a puddle in the base of the dispenser. The reviews pointed out excellent customer service, and i would definitely agree with that. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick at ISpring who handled my issues in a very polite, professional and timely manner. I received my new dispenser within a few days, and has been working great!

I bought DS4S checking the reviews and unfortunately I experienced a problem.Despite other companys Customer service, I had one of my best support and service from ISPRING. I should mention my representative from ISPRING NICK, who helped me with all his ability in the fastest possible time and solved my problem with a smile on my face. Swithching from PRIMO (Ready Refresh) who had the worst customer service and pricing, I would highly recommend ISPRING . Get the best water and customer service with a fraction of cost...

I did a fair amount of research before purchasing my iSpring DS4S. The reviews of this company's products and service were better than their competitors. I cannot speak about the reliability of this product at this time since I have only had it in service for 2 weeks, but I can say that I am absolutely pleased with the results so far. After receiving my DS4S I carefully followed the installation instructions. Letting it sit for a full day in an upright position before installing (instead of the standard 12 hours) and flushing the filters for 10 minutes instead of the 5 minutes recommended. I worked with Julius at iSpring to activate the free extended warranty that came with the product. Their website for warranty registration was cumbersome.The municipal water supply in my area is good enough to drink, but has an unpleasant taste and frequently smells of chlorine and sometimes worse things. Once I started using my iSpring, the taste of the water is the same or better than the bottled water I was buying. I drink nearly 1 gallon/day of water and this unit should pay for itself in a little over one year. It is a tremendous relief to no longer have to haul cases of bottled water into the house and spend so much money on bottled water! Like most of you, I have a refrigerator with an ice maker/filtered water dispenser, but unlike the refrigerator, the iSpring has exceedingly superior filtration and a storage tank for the water so that it doesn't take 5 minutes to fill a tall glass of water (only seconds). I am a very happy customer, so far. I hope to update this review in 2 years time to speak on the reliability of this unit as well.Many of you will also be considering the purchase of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) filtration system in lieu of a system like this, but bear in mind that it takes approximately 5 gallons of supply water to create 1 gallon of RO water. I find that to be wasteful and unnecessary for the water supply I currently have. I purchased the two years worth of filter replacements with my initial purchase and found the price to be very reasonable.

I had received a faulty system. I contacted Michele at Ispring and she was exceptional. She made a bad day turn into a great day. Michele order the new system immediately, within 30 min. I am super impressed with my new machine. All I can say is they made everything right. Thank God for Ispring.

I am writing about my experience with this company. I bought one of these 8 months ago. I just love it. Recently it started to drip. I couldn't figure out how to fix the drip so i contacted the company asking how to open the unit. Instead they sent me a new unit since it was still under warranty. Once it was approved for replacement, my cooler was on my door step the next day. I very much appreciate companies like this. They make life so much easier, and I have really gotten attached to my cooler. It is great for cold water and Hot. Makes make my tea so much easier. I was reminded recently when I was in the wait time, how much easier the cooler makes my life. So thank you for being so customer friendly.

Product arrived per description. Fairly easy set up. Water taste is amazing. Only issue is I had this for 3 months before I realized the hot water dispenser didn’t work. Contacted customer support and Nick told me they’d ship me a whole new unit at no cost and I didn’t have to return the other one.
