He recibido el filtro UV8, fueron tres unidades, los he instalado, todo a la perfeccion, mas sin embargo 2 de los tres hacen un ruido al paso de flujo de agua, contacte con el proveedor, Michele (GRACIAS POR TU SOPORTE Y AYUDA), y despues de explicar, mandar un video donde se ecucha el ruido, e inteecambiar las unidades con la que no hace ruido, Michele ayudo a que finalmente, me reemplazaran al menos una de ellas, he instalado la nueca unidad ahora sin ningun inconveniente

We bought an iSpring RO500AK earlier this month and are very happy with it. We had a tank, 5-stage RO system with remineralization from another brand in our previous house for about 15 years, and it worked OK. But because of its large footprint, we had to have a plumber install it in our basement below the kitchen—not a cheap project. It also required a pump to get a decent flow of water at the faucet since the tank’s pressure was not enough to fight the pull from gravity.When we moved to a new house last month, we started looking for a new RO system that remineralizes the water. This was a key consideration since RO water is usually acidic, and we need those minerals for our health. After learning about the iSpring RO500AK and comparing it to two competing models from other brands, we decided to buy one. Our main reasons were the convenience of a tankless system; the high quality of iSpring’s RO systems (backed up by their outstanding warranty); and the company’s excellent customer service and lifetime technical support--thanks in great part to Sean’s invaluable assistance during our search and after buying the system.In addition, the RO500AK’s unique features made our decision easy, in particular: its water remineralization capability; its excellent, 2-to-1 pure water to waste water ratio; its fast water flow rate of about 0.4 gallon per minute; the LEDs that remind you it’s time to change filters; and the ease of changing any of its 3 filters—a complete breeze compared to our previous tank system’s 5 filters.Installing the RO500AK under our kitchen sink was much easier than we expected, and we did it ourselves! iSpring’s installation video was outstanding great in this regard. The taste of the RO500AK's remineralized water is very natural, refreshing, and much better than the water from our previous RO system. In sum, we’re very pleased with the RO500AK and highly recommend it.

Bought the Ispring RO 500 but came with missing parts. Not sure if this is an Amazon issue but regardless. Nick at Isping took care of the problem promptly and sent the missing items quickly.Ispring costumer support is exemplary and would not hesitate to buy more items here if I needed.

I purchased a RO-500AK under sink tankless RO water filter about a year ago. The unit was extremely easy to install and the instructions were thorough and included pictures. I was amazed at how compact the unit is compared to my previous under sink filter system.The unit has filter minders that give a purple indication that a filter change is upcoming (about 30 days) and then a red indicator when it is time to change just performed my second filter change (the alkalinity filter at 6 months and the alkalinity and composite filters at 1-year) and I am amazed at how easy the process is, just a quarter turn counter clockwise, remove the old filter, insert the new one, a quarter turn back clockwise and its done.Once I had the filter installed, I gave the system the ultimate test. I poured two identical glasses of water, held my breath, and called my wife into the room. I asked her to do a blind taste test and choose her favorite. She immediately chose the iSpring filtered water, claiming that it tasted "cleaner". She has turned into quite the water aficionado, and uses it to cook as well as drinking. The water has such a clean taste we prefer it to tap and bottled water.Like many, I use a CPAP nightly. The unit has to be filled nightly with distilled water, so I bought a small countertop distiller to "make" my own water. The unit distills the water by boiling then recondensing the water into an outside container. All of the sediment and minerals are left in the boiling chamber. I was horrified at the sludge that remained after distilling a single gallon of water and had to clean it after each gallon. Now that I use my iSpring filtered water in the distiller, I distill 4 gallons of water each session with there being hardly any sediment or mineral scaling and can wipe it clean with a paper towel. What an added bonus!After my last filter change I inadvertently kinked the water supply line resulting in a no-flow condition. I used the contact icon tool and left a message about my issue. Myra contacted me promptly via email requesting a detailed description of what I had done and pictures of the unit. Don called me the next morning to help troubleshoot the filter system. He walked me through various steps of troubleshooting, had me text him pictures and worked to resolve the issue. When I moved the unit out from under the sink, the kink was eliminated and my unit was functioning normally again. I was somewhat embarrassed that I had tied up the support staff with something that was my fault, but he remained on the line and made sure that the system was 100% restored. Talk about customer focused service, these guys set the example and stand behind their product.If you are considering an undersink RO filter for your family, I highly recommend iSpring and this product and the company behind it. You know what they say "happy wife, happy life", she was so concerned about not having the filter available . I am just glad that we were able to get the filter back online quickly. Unit was easy to install. I had to get my granite counter top drilled out but I knew that. I liked that it has a small foot print than tank models. You can hear the pump running when filling a jar of water but it is no louder than my quite dishwasher. The pump only runs when using the faucet. I like that it runs 1:1 ratio for water loss. I had to get C-clips from the manufacturer for the connections as I could not find them in the box but I used E-clips from the auto store until they arrived. Worked with Nick in service and he was really helpful and even if it might have been my fault (loosing the C-clips when opening the box) he sent replacements out the next day. Thank you Nick for the great service. The price is a little high as I live in Canada eh and the exchange rate is not great right now.
