Looks like a cheap metal, not stainless steel. Did not come in a box, just a plastic bag inside a plastic amazon bag, which caused the bell "ringer" to be bent. Disappointed...returning!

We love the movie- “ It’s a Wonderful Life “ when I saw this bell I had to have it. What a perfect addition to my Christmas decorations. It is beautiful and well made with attention to detail. I absolutely love it!

I ordered this because It's a Wonderful Life is one of my favorite movies ever. This ornament represents the famous line "every time a bell rings, an angel gets its wings." The silver bell has a shiny bead, a heart inscribed with the name of the movie, and a single angel wing. That's my only real complaint about this ornament. I was originally concerned that the ornament I received was missing a wing, as I expected to see two wings. However, in looking at the photo, it's a single angel wing. I think it would have been better with two wings, but that's okay. I also appreciate that the ornament isn't terribly heavy to weigh down a tree branch. Overall, this is a nice enough ornament at a very reasonable price.

The ornament is a good heavy stainless with a antiqued look. Script on heart is clear. Clinger works.Their photo shows a tilt with the ornament for a reason. The attached heart, wing & crystal are so heavy that the bell has to tip to that side. Will have to wait till I put it on the tree to see if I can get a branch to support it to hang straight.

I look the overall vibe with this ornament although again, there’s nothing really special here. I loved the movie with the same name and the idea that “every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings”. Well, the bell rings in a kind of muffled fashion here but ok

My wife is always on the look out for ornaments for our Christmas tree. She loves the old film, It's A Wonderful Life and saw this so she asked me to order it. The ornament arrived in a plastic bag, there was no presentation box. She thought this was odd as in the listing it suggests that this would make a lovely gift. If that is the case why not send it in a keepsake box? Another thing that caught her eye was the "crystal". The crystal is painted on the back side and some of the paint is a little chipped. This makes the whole thing look pretty cheapy and she is not even sure if this is glass as it feels like plastic. The rest of the ornament is actually quite nice and the bell rings as it should. My wife does think this is overpriced if you consider the points that she has previously made which is why I think it is only fair to give this a 3 star rating.
