Love how thick these bell boots are! My 16.2h thoroughbred has wide flat feet so I bought an XL. They cover the whole hoof as they should but they are a tad long and big around his fetlock. I knew the L would be too as far as width wise based off the measurements. He measured a L for the hight and fetlock but he was almost 6” across the widest part of his hoof hence going with an XL. Always better to go bigger than be too small. No rubbing at all and he’s turned out on 60 acres. I will be ordering another pair for my quarter horse!
