Very soft “leather” I do think they run a tad big. They definitely go up to the knee so a higher boot.

Unfortunately, cant give 5 stars. These are really thin, light, and a cheap material that wont hold up. My daughter says they are comfortable, but she turned them down. The opening of the boots are also too large. I guess if you are wearing with shorts or skirt, they would be ok, but wont work with jeans unless you tuck them in. Oh well, ill keep looking for a better pair for my daughter.
