I am a grown woman with a small head. This kid's hat is perfect. It does adjust a little. The brim is wide enough without being in the way. Not too floppy either. The chin strap is excellent so i don't lose my hat going across the water in our boat.I am an avid fisherman, and it suits my needs perfectly.

I ordered a kids hat for me , an adult. I have a small head and women's size was too big. I ordered another brand and it came all folded and crinkled. This hat was nice and neat in a large bag so it did not get wrinkled or a wrinkle in the hat. The size fit well!. Came with an uv protection label attached also.

I am an adult with a small head and most hats slip down and cover the tops of my ears. I seldom wear hats because I can't find any that fit properly. I decided to order this child's hat in the small size. To my surprise it fits nicely. I didn't want it to be loose and I didn't want to have to use the chin strap. This hat fits snugly without being tight. I ordered the blue with the charcoal gray brim. The blue is a pretty shade, it matches the color shown in the photo. The hat is well made. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I thought I would try this kid's sun hat for myself after purchasing the adult size last year, which was a little too large even when adjusted. I have a small head and this one fit perfectly. The brim may be just a bit smaller but not enough to make that much difference to me. The quality is good and the colors are lovely. I recommend both adult and kid sizes - a great find! I've given them away as gifts and are always gladly received. I hope this might help those who may have the same problem with finding a hat to fit.

My 3.5 year old has outgrown all of her summer hats and needed one that could accommodate a ponytail. She also requested one with a strap under the chin to keep it from falling off. This hat is really nice quality and fits great. The ponytail slot is in a great location and the brim is very wide and provides great cover from the sun. I purchased the 5-12 size assuming it would grow with her. She wears 5T or 4/5 kids size. It is slightly large but not too big to wear and I think it will fit her for a while! She is in love with it already and wore it all day even though it was raining.
