I purchased these for work, and after ~5 uses, they started to make an unbearable crackling sound that drowned out the actual audio. I did all of the possible troubleshooting, including with the audio source, and traced the issue back to this headset. It could not be resolved, so sadly had to return it.

Comfortable but not noise cancelling but seem to work fine so far.

Got this to have as a wired backup to the wireless headset I use, just in case. Today I finally had to use this, and it was pretty decent. The cord is long enough to not feel tethered yet not so long that it's in the way and cumbersome. The ear pieces are comfortable enough to last through an hour-plus conference call, and the audio quality seems decent. I can't speak too much to the noise cancelling or lack thereof because I work from home and the house / neighborhood was pretty quiet during testing.

This is a really impressive headset. It’s extremely light weight, which means the headband doesn’t have to squeeze your head tightly to keep it in place. The sound quality is everything you need for calls and video chat. No, it doesn’t make music sound as good as a $300 set of cans, but it’s ok for background noise. The wire is long enough that you aren’t too restricted in movement. The mic pics up well, and does a decent job filtering out background noise. Being wired means you don’t have the weight of the battery, but it also means you don’t have any sort of Bluetooth latency. And I didn’t realize how bad my BT set was until I took a few calls with this wired set.If you need a light and affordable headset for daily use making calls or video chats, I definitely recommend this one.

RECOMMENDATION:Thumbs Up: Works great for Zoom and Teams callsTHE GOOD:1. Jabra always makes good stuff and this is no different. The headphone pads are incredibly soft and comfortable to wear.2. The headset is really lightweight so does not weigh on the top of your head.3. The top headband is flat, which a great design as it reduces pressure on the top of your head. This always gives me headaches and these do not.4. The boom rotates 180+ so you can choose to use it on the right or the left.5. There is an in-line volume control for mute and volume up/down that has big buttons and works well.6. The sound is great for Teams and Zoom calls – not sure about music as I do not use them that way.7. The mic works well and does help to block out background noise.8. Very affordable for what they provide.THE BAD:1. The headset uses a USB A plug, so if you only have a USB C you will need an adapter as the headset does not come with one.

Reasonably affordable entry-level stereo headset. Decent comfort provided by supple ear pads and audio quality is clear for all voice, whether listening in a meeting or talking. My only quip is that the clicking of the microphone boom does detract from the overall experience, and seems significantly more basic and cheap-feeling, and uncharacteristic of the Jabra headsets I have enjoyed owning. The audio quality produced by the Jabra Evolve 10 is significantly better than my much older (circa 2014) Jabra UC Voice 150 Duo, and does a better job isolating ambient noises, but the Evolve 10 also slightly heavier and I don't think the ear pads are as breathable and, despite being much softer, it is not quite as comfortable for all-day use... but the UC Voice is basically only good for being in meetings or on phone calls all day, not enjoying music or much else.My main headset now is a wireless Jabra Evolve 65, which does most things excellent, but it is slightly heavy for all-day wear, so for over a year I was more likely to grab my older UC Voice headset on meeting days. All the Jabra devices I have used still work great despite hundreds of hours of use. I have several coworkers that swear by Shox for their headset, but I like noise isolation for meetings.
