Very bad experience using it while I am callsI don't recommebd any such refurbished items as there is no quality guarantee and the seller tests it under multiple conditions before selling it in the Amazon market.I went for Jabra refurbished as previously I was using this same for the meetings and had a great experience When I brought the refurbished on Amazon I was using it without realising that the users on the other side can very well hear the back around noise ,noise cancellation not working.Ivrealized it only when it was brought to my notice by one of the colleaguesI don't recommend Amazon refurbished products because of bad quality. After spending so much on a refurbished product quality is zero and don't see an option to return as well.Its been more than 10 days since my last post, neither Amazon or the seller has responded which shows thhat they are least bothered about the product quality and customer satisfaction.

Pathetic quality, Ear cover started peeling off within 1month. Since its under warranty, whom should I contact to get issue reported? Please let me know. I wont suggest anyone to go for this product

I ordered Jabra Evolve 30 headphones but the Company sent me Jabra evolve 20 headphones and only one earpiece worked. I returned them in order to second pair to replace them and that there was also a Jabra evolve 20 rather than 30 and it did not work at all
