What is shown in the description is an impeller with a brass hub. What you get is the old impeller with the plastic hub. the kit was a multipurpose kit and had plenty of gaskets. The part worked and the kit contained some lubricant which helped. The failure on the previous part I had was a worn plastic hub. So I feel like I'm headed to the same failure as before.

After looking for a "rebuild kit" that included gaskets I ended up buying an aftermarket set that clearly indicated what was in the package. The performance was very poor compared to this OEM kit, and it cost more.Once it was clear that this kit included all of the proper gaskets and was not just the impeller it was a no brainer to get this. The manufacture really needs to include these details. To help others out, I added a picture of the full kit.Performance is like new and I am very happy with that. I am not happy that I wasted $35 on an aftermarket kit when I could have just bought the OEM in the first place.

Impellor fit my water pump on a 7.4L V8 Mercruiser and there have been no issues since installation last year. Great product and works as it should.

Will start replacing them every 3 years now instead of waiting the 5 like I did before. Includes install lube. The ballast fills fast and dumps like new again. Would have saved me a lot of time instead of waiting. The old impeller was letting seeping through so the boat was listing overnight when on the water.

Perfect replacement. Took old one out with small Channel-Lock pliers. Mine came with a rubber gasket and 2 paper gaskets. My pump needed the rubber gasket which was a bit tricky to seat in the pump groove; at first I thought the new one was too big but kept working with it, and it did seat. Used included lube on new impeller. Pushed new one into pump while orienting the fins in the same way the old one was (keep some paper towel handy to wipe your hands clean after). Held brass plate while securing the 3 screws. Worked perfectly.

This impeller fit my Flojet model 18555 sewage pump perfectly. It restored good-as-new operation. Included in the kit were two paper gaskets - again an exact match for my pump - and some lubricant. I discarded several extra items in the kit: a third paper gasket and two rubber O-rings that did not seem to have a place on my pump model.My Flojet 18555 sewage pump is an essential feature for the way I use my RV - boondocking full-time. A broken pump would quickly render the RV uninhabitable. I am ordering an spare impeller kit to keep on-hand for next time.

This rebuild kit fits several pumps and comes with various gaskets and o rings. Also included is a tube of lube.It was really easy to replace. Remove pump face plate. Pull out broken impeller. (was easy getting it out of my pump.)clean out any debris, pop in the new impeller. Moop in some lube. replace the o-ring (on my pump) .clean off the face plate with scotch brite. and screw it back on the pump.Tah DAH. I'm def- def- definately a geeenius!
