If you replace the seals occasionally, your marine waste Y valve will last a lifetime.

I wanted to overhaul the 3-way discharge valve from the holding tank on my boat. The ordered parts all fit well, and when installed, the valve worked fine. Mission accomplished.

Nothing can make a job more harrowing than being in a rough environment like on a rocking boat, and having to perform delicate surgery on packaging with a utility knife to get delicate o-rings out of shrink-wrapped package. Jabsco is great at what they do well, but they do some things really bad. The packaging for this kit being one of them. If you slip once, you will damage the very seals you bought the package to use. Not smart. Jabsco, put this in an easier package and its 5 stars.
