I installed this system last summer on a basement remodel I was doing myself. Everything went together just like I had hoped. Its certainly a little more involved than a weekend handyman project, but if you follow the instructions you don't need to be a professional. Its been in service since October with no problems,

Easy to install. Cheap priced. Just Last 5 months & broken impeller forced to be removed. Had to paid $200.00 to a plumber to removed and replaced with a better product. Bottom line: waste of money plus the nasty experience. Just lost my money. No way to return a contaminated pump or claim The alleged 3 years guarantee. I'm never would recommend this company.

the slip 4in connector is too small for the standard 4in pipe, it is impossible to install. rubber connector is undersize, doesnt work.

Though seemingly expensive this is well constructed and assembled. Instructions are detailed enough and easily read and put into actual installation of unit. Definitely solved my “up hill” issue to sewage / septic system. Included photos of the process.

Received the pump in excellent condition. I am still working on getting it installed. The pump seems to be well made.One thing that doesn’t seem to make sense to me is the instructions tell you to glue the discharge pipe attached to the pump into the flange that is on top of the lid. If you do this you won’t be able to remove the lid to access anything in the tank unless you either pull the heavy pump out with the lid which really seems like a terrible idea if it’s inside your home or you lift the lid far enough to get inside to cut the discharge pipe. Again seems like a really bad idea as the feet of the pump will probably go thru the bottom of the tank. I may glue a threaded adapter to the discharge pipe so I can unthread it to be able to remove the lid for any problems or maintenance.If it Had a better way to easily remove the lid after install I would have given it a better rating. I will update after install is completed.

This was very easy to install and seems to work well I will say it has not been used a lot to date but the little it’s used it works well

Easy install. It basically was just dig the hole, run the lines and plug it in. 4 months and no problems.
