The electronics were complete shot if you go to shift using the 3 tone switch it will cut out and go into terrible feedback screeching no matter how you try and fix the tone dials/knobs. When it came the box looked perfect but the inner box the guitar was in was busted. I shoulda sent back for the $1400+ I paid but thankfully I had a local guitar tech do a cheap fix on the electronics. Another reason I didn’t send it back was because the guitar/music store called“Cosmo Music” will take off a reshelfing fee usually of 200$ from the refund which is unfair when they slap a “verified and tested” stickers on the back of the guitar when clearly nobody tested it. Jackson nor the music centre that shipped it. Despite all this it looks beautiful at least lol

I love the matte finish. This is my first 7-string guitar, so I'm still getting used to it. I'm loving the heavier tones and she is a beautiful guitar.
