It's an envelope so probably not made to be reused. However, that is what we need it for at work, to be able to use several times. The prongs break after using once or twice.

We use these in our office to give original signed documents to clients. As we have gotten further down in the box, I have noticed that either the metal clasp is missing and/or the glued seam is also glued to the front of the envelope which makes the envelope unusable. This has happened with approx. 10 of the envelopes. Unfortunately, the return windows expired months ago. We would really like to have a replacement or a refund.
