The hood strap on my jeep broke. The likes are it fit like a glove. The dislikes are how Jeep didn't make it easy to replace. One person showed removing the grill and other parts to get to the bolt. I seen the plastic rivets and decided to attack from the top of the hood. Took a little more time. But I got it without removing anything. Well worth not breaking plastic rivets doing it the so-called right way. Persistence and the right tool.

Application was easy and they fit very snug, lasted 2 weeks and we lost the driver side latch. Went to check passenger and it's started to break at the seam.

I purchased these to remove the mistake I made of putting on the lockable latches 2 years ago. These factory style latches are hands down the best set up out there. Definitely worth the price!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE HOOD CATCHES!!! Please do not buy these for your Jeep. They do not fit properly. The hood will not fully close causing the hood to flutter. Its been less than 7 months since I installed them and yesterday as i was driving to an event with my 3 CHILDREN in the vehicle with me, BOTH HOOD CATCHES BUSTED (tore in half as I was driving on the HIGHWAY)!! I had to Exit the HWY IMMEDIATELY AND CALL FOR HELP. It was terrifying. FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE HOOD CATCHES!!!

I have had these on for a couple of weeks now and the hood flutters like crazy. Replaced the OEM ones due to fading and now it feels like the hood is going to fly off. They look the same but quality is not even close.
