I've had 2 of these break, one throwing a blade and ruining a back tractor tire. Second one flew out under the tractor over 100' luckily not hitting anything.

I haven't installed these yet, but they measure out perfectly for my 5' Bush Hog brand brush cutter. Came with bolts, nuts, and steel lock washers. Well packaged and quick delivery. I would buy again.
