On My JD D100Connectors match up, and it will start the mower, but there is an intermediate run position that doesn't work. You have to crank it and immediately upon starting, return one step back on the detente.Positions are OFF, Run with lights, Run without lights, Crank. If you just release from the crank position, it falls back to 'run without lights' but the spark dies. You have to click back the extra step to 'run with lights' for it to stay running.

It fit perfectly and works great. I installed it myself in less then 5 mins. The keys look different then mine and my old one had white out line on the on and off part but it fit and everything connected perfectly, it works!
