Seems to be sturdy, doesn't bend under heavy weight when installed, East to install. Not sure if the mounting holes will fit most seats though as the widest they go is about 9.25 inches. Make sure your seats will fit.Also these DO NOT come with extra nuts for the front two mount points. If youve lost them you need to buy new ones. for 73$ a piece these are not great
