Does not work as per the description. Warm water and Dawn dish liquid works better. Do not waste your money. I do not recommend this product.

Item was easy to use. Even though I don't have the jewelry cleaning machine, all I did was pour some on a damp cloth and started to rub my necklace with it. You can actually see the suds as I was rubbing and cleaning my necklace. My gold neck piece is now sparkling and looks as good as the day I bought it, many years ago. I think the price is reasonable. I got the results I was looking for.
