I was very excited with this purchase because my sister has a large garden and this item was the perfect addition to her robot mower. We could use it during five days, we both loved it as the purpose of the item was what we needed. The sixth day we encounter a problem with the cable socket, it was outside the item, loose and wouldn't charge. With no way to charge the trimmer, she gave me the gift back, I wonder how or who can help me with the issue. I am very disappointed.

I ordered this to get it the next day so I could use it as soon as I got it. I have a client that has decorative grasses that were overgrown and turning brown so they needed trimming. I put the trimmer on to charge which seemed pretty fast. Using the trimmer was exactly what I neeed to trim the grasses. Used both cutting blades and was impressed by the way they cut and very impressed with the battery life. I was able to trim 12 tall grasses and touch up trim on some shrubs and still had battery power left.The trimmer is as shown and described. At this price point you can't go wrong. These get the job done and great battery life. I highly recommend.

Ideal for cutting down overgrown bushes,It is light , quick and easy, we usually get a handy man to cut the shrubs but charges double the price of the trimmer for one cut so it will save a lot of money,

The majority of the parts of the trimmer are plastic and won’t last a year. I don't have a printer to print a return label so I guess I’m stuck with them. I don’t recommend.

Good for light trimming.It will trim new growth well but won't trim older parts of a bush or shrub.

Decades ago, I saw the first portable handheld grass trimmer. I thought it was going to be great but the technology at the time just was not there. This grass trimmer has made it possible and “ticks” all the boxes. It is light weight, the battery lasts very long, and it even has an interchangeable blade.For me it seems easy to grip and feels well balanced. There is not a lot of excessive vibration when using it. It cuts through grass like butter. The same is also true for the shrub trimming attachment. The instructions are minimal, but you will get the idea quickly of what you need to do.I do have a few criticisms of this item, but they are minor.The supplied charge cable is noticeably short. The trimmer uses a standard USB C cable to charge. The cable plugs into the handle of the trimmer. So, if your charger plug is far away you will have to use your own longer cable.The instructions do not tell you what to do if you strike a fixed or hard object when using it. This happened to me when using the grass attachment. The unit made a loud “pop” sound and stopped. If this happens to you, the solution is detaching the attachment by pressing the two locking tabs on the attachment. Then reconnect the attachment and you are good to go. It is a safety feature to keep the unit from breaking. If you do not do this, the unit will not start again until you do.There appears to be a red “safety” trigger button that is supposed to prevent you from squeezing the trigger that makes the trimmer run. On my unit this safety does nothing. You can still squeeze the trigger and make the unit operate. So be aware that you need to keep your fingers out of harm’s way.During my first use of this I gave it a pretty good workout. What I wanted to use this trimmer for was along some edging where I did not want to fling grass all over the place like my rotary weed trimmer usually does. It handled that without any problem. I found it especially useful to get into those hard-to-reach places where tuffs of grass grow but a rotary trimmer cannot seem to reach without breaking lines. It works well for that as well. It also made quick work of getting rid of grass growing between pavers.The shrub trimmer worked great as well. I like that the unit is so well balanced that it made it easy to give some of my shrubs a lightweight trimming without having to pull out my larger unit. It cuts through some large stems which surprised me for such a small machine. I ran the unit for at least 20 minutes then allowed it about 10 minutes to “rest” before plugging it back in to recharge. To my surprise the battery indicator showed that it was hardly depleted. So, there is plenty of power available in this little unit. I would recommend this unit.

I love this trimmer. I have lawn service but he does not get in between the garden pots and some areas that are not his job with the weed-wacker. This tool gets the job done and no doubt the longer blade will be great when I have to trim my one bush in the fall. I charged it when I first got it and have not had to recharge yet. I love it!DFJ

Just loved it I actually used this as my edger for my yard in stead of using weed eater was fast easy .. perfect for the job I charged it and used it for 30/45 min still held its charge ..

I live in a townhome and have some small bushes I inherited with the home. I needed some small to trim them with to keep the walkway clear. This worked perfectly! The safety is a little tricky to get used to since you have to hold the trimmer in a particular way to be able to pull the trigger and keep the safety button pushed in at the same time. With that said, I feel very safe in using it due to this feature. It is easy to charge, easy to use, and was inexpensive.
