Beautiful puzzle (Cozy Mountain Cabin). It has 1,000 pieces, and those pieces are small. Check the measurements; those with dexterity issues may need to skip this one. And interestingly, each piece has a QR code on the back. I scanned several, and it seems they lead to various and diverse things: TikTok, an ad for a TV, a QR code launcher, others. Weird. There is also a "scan here when you're finished with the puzzle" QR code on the reference sheet. Didn't try that one.The included reference image is large and very clear. Because the box is small - maybe 8" by 5" - the printed poster/image will be very helpful. The pieces seem accurately cut, with the few I've connected so far fitting perfectly. All in all, a great buy for the price. After we finish this one, I would consider others from this seller.

You know right away that this puzzle is going to be a quality set. The feel and visual of the box is classy. I immediately thought to myself that this would make a great gift to a puzzle lover. The puzzle pieces are the best ever. Thick pieces with no fraying edges. The color is rich with a matt finish instead of glossy, and there's no dust in the box! What a pleasant surprise! No dust!If you need help putting the puzzle together I suppose you could sort by the letters that are printed on the back, but what's the point of putting a puzzle together if you're going to cheat yourself out of a challenge.Love this brand and plan on ordering another.

REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATED - SEE BELOW:Cozy Mountain Cabin Jigsaw PuzzleHere's what you will want to know before buying:#1 - The finished puzzle is smaller than most 1000 piece puzzles I have done. It is 26.8" x 16.5". The ones I have done are usually in the range of 26.6" x 19.5" (on average), so this puzzle is a good 3" shorter in one direction. That means it has SMALLER PIECES. I took a picture for comparison.#2 - All pieces have a letter on their back. This is a kind of "cheat sheet". Pieces with the same letter will go into the same section of the puzzle.#3 - The puzzle pieces consist of the 6 standard "cookie-cutter" shapes. See photo.#4 - There is a decent sized photo of the finished picture (about 14.5" x 8 3/4"). This will be a much better guide than the picture on the box which is only about 8x5 inches.#5 - This is either "cute" or "insulting" - Instructions for working a jigsaw puzzle are actually printed out below the pictures photo. There are 7 Steps plus an Optional. (I chose to take it as "cute" - I'm sure the meant well)This is what I've discovered about the puzzle and what I think of it:* First, I don't mind the small size. I've worked with smaller pieces before on other puzzles, and as you get involved with the puzzle, you simply get used to them.* I would have preferred a mixture of unusual shapes with the basics, instead of the same 6 throughout. It just makes for a more interesting puzzle, and sometimes, more challenging.* I absolutely refuse to use the letters on the back - to me, that's cheating. I like the challenge of doing it without aids. But that's me. Many may feel differently.* I found A LOT of pieces that didn't separate after cutting. There were even whole sections of about 8-10 pieces still connected. I do not consider this 'clean cutting'. Very often, when pieces are still together like this after cutting, the cut may not have gone all the way through and the paper on the top side will start to tear if you try to separate them.* As I was rummaging through the pieces to find one each the 6 shapes, I did notice that the paper on the backsides of some of the pieces was separating from the cardboard - NOT A GOOD SIGN.When I ordered the above puzzle, I had also ordered a 2nd called "Botanical Garden". It reminded me of the garden in San Francisco, which I always loved to visit, so I couldn't resist the puzzle. The upsides and downsides of the puzzles are essentially the same for the 2 puzzles, leading me to believe that at least some of the manufacturing process needs to be improved, ie the cutting process should do a better job of cleanly separating the puzzle pieces. The rest is all down to design and planning: how large or small the puzzle is, shapes of the puzzle pieces, quality of the cardboard the puzzle is made of, etc., and even though there are a few down-sides to both of the puzzles, they are still fun to work on for a bit of relaxing downtime. My final statement for the 1st puzzle's review still hold true for both puzzles:Overall, this is a very basic puzzle, with a few niceties and a few down-sides. It is not a quality puzzle by any means, but that doesn't mean that it can't be fun to work on.

At least a quarter of all the pieces are missing. The box was sealed when I received it and the pieces were sealed in a plastic bag. Very strange, as well as very disappointing.

The perfect puzzle for a cozy night at home. I really enjoyed this puzzle. The pieces are sturdy and lock in place perfectly. Included in the box is a large poster to help with organizing your pieces. The picture is of great quality.

When I opened this puzzle I was initially concerned about the uniformity of the puzzle pieces and the small tabs. As it turned out, there's enough shape difference that someone with an eye for detail and make distinctions. As for the tabs, they are very small and you have to be careful with assembly and disassembly to avoid damaging them. The puzzle, like others, has printing on the back of each piece to indicate its general location in the puzzle (identification is by alphabet letter, also letters indicate the orientation of the piece). The puzzle has some nice areas where you can sort pieces for color and texture, but there are many dark areas where many pieces look the same. Naturally these areas are the last to fill in and I had to resort to consulting the back of some puzzle pieces to aid in placement.All-in-all this was a nice puzzle. I'm taking away a star however because of the tabs, I didn't like how small they were.
